NHS names two meats to avoid for cancer
To help lower the risk of developing pancreatic cancer, the NHS advises people to limit their intake of certain foods. Specifically, the health service recommends reducing consumption of both red meat and processed meats. Examples given for processed meats are ham, bacon, and salami.
