New laws may force Reform UK to return £72m in donations

Labour is pushing new laws through parliament that could force Reform UK to return some of the £72 million in donations. The proposed legislation will apply retrospectively from 25 March, and features a £100,000 limit on contributions from British expatriates. These changes, outlined in the Representation of the People Bill, are yet to undergo examination in the House of Lords.
