Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland demand the right to leave

The leaders of the SNP, Plaid Cymru and Sinn Féin will sign a memorandum in Cardiff on Monday demanding the right to hold independence referendums. It follows Burnham telling the Commons a Scottish vote could happen with clear consensus, then writing to Swinney to say it was off limits. All three devolved nations are now run by pro-independence parties for the first time.
