Bowel Cancer UK has launched a 12-month programme in Cornwall to help more people get an earlier diagnosis. The Bowelbabe Fund is financing a scheme that will operate in Penzance, Redruth, Camborne, and Hayle. The programme aims to tackle almost half of UK cases diagnosed in later stages, when treatment is harder.
