New AI tool helps UK surgeons see inside bodies

A new AI tool, used for the first time in the UK, is making operations more accurate and safer for patients. Medics at St Mark’s, the National Bowel Hospital, used the Eureka system on Thursday during a patient's procedure. It projects real-time colours on a screen, showing nerves as green and turquoise for connective tissue.
