Netanyahu holds up a pager at UN, says Hezbollah remembers
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held up a pager in his United Nations speech on Thursday and said Hezbollah certainly remembers the beepers. Pagers and walkie-talkies used by Hezbollah exploded across Lebanon in September 2024, killing dozens, including two children, and wounding thousands, in an operation Netanyahu later admitted approving. Dozens of delegates walked out as he began, and he called them moral cowards.
