Nestle starts check over Georgian TV adverts

Questions over sanctions compliance could affect trust in familiar food brands for many shoppers, if concerns grow. Nestle said it started an internal investigation after advertising on Georgian broadcaster Imedi TV, sanctioned by the UK in February. City AM said brands including Nescafe, Nescafe Gold and Nesquik appeared on Imedi with legal chief Leanne Geale leading the inquiry plus London input.
