US health officials have issued their highest-risk warning for a massive egg recall after nearly 100 people got sick. The eggs, produced in Texas, were sold across the US south and south-west, including at Kroger and Brookshire stores. People who bought the affected eggs should return them for a refund, as their best-by dates extend through 17 August.
