Lynsey Swinscoe is sharing her son Jake's story to raise awareness of cancer symptoms and keep his memory alive. Jake, from Salisbury, died in April 2024 at age 13, ten months after being diagnosed with an aggressive soft tissue cancer. Before he died, Jake told his mum he didn't want to be forgotten, which she promised him.
