Foreign embassies in Kyiv could face Russian strikes if Ukraine disrupts Moscow's upcoming Victory Day commemorations. Russian foreign ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova urged diplomatic missions to evacuate staff, stressing the statement's importance. Russia had previously vowed mass attacks on Kyiv if a unilateral ceasefire covering 8 and 9 May was not followed, despite Ukraine reporting 1,820 violations.
