Moscow plans heavy strikes on Ukrainian energy networks following oil refinery attack

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov promised a strong response after Ukrainian drones targeted a massive fuel facility in Russia's northwest. A local Russian governor reported an industrial fire in the town of Kirishi on Sunday, adding that air defences had shot down 62 incoming drones. In Ukraine, the death toll from a separate Russian attack on a Bucha warehouse climbed to 38 people.
