Mitie agrees £3.1bn takeover by OCS after nearly 40 years listed
OCS is offering Mitie shareholders 221.6p a share, a 44.7% premium on Monday’s closing price, with the deal expected to finish in early 2027. Mitie, the government contractor with 84,000 staff, said its board recommends accepting the offer from private equity-owned OCS. The takeover ends Mitie’s nearly four decades on the London stock market.
