Migrants cross Channel hours after Andy Burnham's boast

Hundreds of migrants were seen on dinghies off the French coast, just a day after Prime Minister Andy Burnham claimed his plan to stop small boats was working. The Daily Mail and The Sun both featured similar front pages showing the migrants. A French police officer was quoted saying their orders were to let the boats go.
