Middle East billionaires drive 79% rise in London luxury property sales

Sales of London homes worth over £15 million surged by 79% in value during the first half of 2026, reaching £1.24 billion. Buyers from the US and the Gulf region accounted for 55% of these ultra-prime purchases. The influx of capital has seen the average sales price rise to £36.5 million, up from £25.7 million in the same period last year.
