Meta will soon warn adults supervising "Teen Accounts" whenever a young user repeatedly looks for suicide or self-injury topics on Instagram. This system launches next week across the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, delivering notifications via email, text, or WhatsApp. While the tech giant promises to provide expert guidance, the Molly Rose Foundation criticised these forced disclosures as potentially dangerous and likely to panic families.
