Meta CTO says employees should use AI-driven productivity gains to take on more work

Meta's chief technology officer, Andrew Bosworth, believes employees should use any productivity gains from AI to do more work. He called an employee's question about bringing back extra holiday days "very dumb" during a July Q&A session. Bosworth later apologised for being too harsh, but still felt the question was "tongue-in-cheek".
