Meta agrees $60 billion deal for AMD chips

Meta Platforms, owner of Facebook, finalised an agreement to obtain artificial intelligence chips from Advanced Micro Devices on Tuesday. The five-year arrangement is worth up to $60 billion and includes an option for Meta to acquire up to 10% of the chipmaker.
