Maths models can predict if romantic relationships will last
Researchers are using mathematical models, originally for animal populations, to find 'tipping points' in romantic relationships. These models look at how feelings change over time and respond to outside pressures, aiming to understand why some couples stay stable. The idea is that each relationship has a minimum strength needed, and if it falls below this, separation is more likely.
