Massive Bermondsey fire stops trains, 100 firefighters respond

A large blaze at a waste management facility in Bermondsey resulted in considerable railway service interruptions and discharged vast quantities of smoke over south London. On Monday, shortly after 5:30 PM, around 100 firefighters and 15 fire engines converged on Landmann Way to extinguish the fire.
