Manchester stabbing: Family claims years of harassment preceded death.
Ibrahima Seck, 14, was fatally stabbed in a Manchester car park while heading to a football match. His mother, Assa Ba, claims a local group intimidated the family and physically attacked the boy for years before his death. The teenage murderer, who later bragged about the killing in a rap video, received a minimum detention sentence of 11 years and 10 months.
