Man killed eight children after divorce, dark thoughts
A shooting in Louisiana claimed the lives of eight children. Additionally, two women sustained critical injuries, one of whom was the mother of the deceased children. On Sunday, Shamar Elkins murdered his seven offspring along with another child not related to him, after which law enforcement officers pursued and then fatally shot him. According to reports from his family, he was experiencing a divorce and had communicated to them a desire to commit suicide.
