Man City hesitate over Chelsea high valuation for winger Pedro Neto
Manchester City's new manager, Enzo Maresca, wants to sign Chelsea winger Pedro Neto, who he previously worked with at Stamford Bridge. There is a big difference between what City will pay and Chelsea's valuation for the 26-year-old Portugal international.
