Manchester City wants to secure Phil Foden's long-term future at the club, aiming to avoid any uncertainty. Preliminary talks have begun with the 25-year-old midfielder for a new contract, despite his recent dip in form and reduced playing time. His current deal is set to expire next summer, and he has not scored in 24 games since December 14.
