Ludek Miklosko, who played nearly 400 games for West Ham and also for QPR, passed away on Monday after a battle with cancer. His son Martin said the family was heartbroken but took comfort from the support his dad received from fans. West Ham will hold a period of appreciation for Miklosko before their Carabao Cup match at Fulham on Tuesday.
