VfB Stuttgart considered Borussia Dortmund striker Fabio Silva last year

Fabian Wohlgemuth, VfB Stuttgart's sporting director, confirmed his club looked at Fabio Silva about a year ago. The transfer never became concrete then, and Wohlgemuth did not want to judge Silva's long-term potential. However, he noted Silva is in good form now, having scored four goals in five competitive matches for Dortmund.
