Liz Kendall: Starmer made right calls on security

The government is trying to limit the fallout from a scandal where Peter Mandelson was appointed ambassador despite failing security vetting. Technology Secretary Liz Kendall said on Sunday that Keir Starmer did not gamble with national security by making this appointment. Kendall believes Starmer should not lose his job, stating he made the right calls on big issues facing the country.
