Lionel Messi's father Jorge Messi dies aged 68

Jorge Messi, father of football star Lionel Messi, has died at 68 after battling health problems for some time. Lionel Messi was visibly emotional in June after scoring for Argentina, later saying he had "a few difficult days" unrelated to football. His family had previously asked for privacy regarding Jorge's health, which was under medical supervision.
