LGBT+ people fear UK becoming less accepting
Worries about unfair treatment may affect how some LGBT+ people use healthcare and other everyday services. A new guide from the General Medical Council explains what LGBT+ patients should expect from their doctors. Research found about one in seven LGBT+ people had faced unequal care, while many also said they feel the UK is becoming less accepting and fear discrimination.
