Labour minister warns on welfare reform costs

A Labour minister is criticising his party's plans for welfare, warning against changes that would make taxpayers pay more. Work and Pensions Secretary Pat McFadden wants the system to help people improve their situations, not just give out payments. He complained Labour MPs often ask about taxing others to fund benefits, calling it the wrong approach.
