Keir Starmer Rejects Russian Oil Sanctions Change
Pressure on energy supplies has pushed ministers to defend temporary changes affecting fuel imports linked to Russian crude. Keir Starmer said on Wednesday that Britain would not remove existing penalties on Moscow after criticism from opposition politicians and Ukrainian officials. Chris Bryant said the updated rules also block uranium imports and refined Russian oil arriving through other countries.
