Kebab company fined £500k for selling fake lamb

Kebab lovers might be shocked as a company got a huge fine for selling "lamb" that was mostly skin and fat. Kismet Kebabs Ltd, based in Essex, knowingly sold products labelled as lamb but contained other meats and reclaimed parts. A judge at Swansea Crown Court ordered the firm to pay £500,000 in fines and £259,298 in costs.
