Graphic: BriefTea

Ann Altman had accused her brother of abusing her from 1997 to 2006, and Sam Altman, co-founder of ChatGPT maker OpenAI, denies it. Judge Zachary Bluestone ruled she missed an independent medical exam three times and "failed to meaningfully prosecute her case". The case, filed in Missouri on 6 January 2025, can't be brought again because it was dismissed "with prejudice".
