Judge blocks Trump's latest birthright citizenship executive order

A federal judge has prevented Donald Trump's administration from implementing a new executive order aimed at birthright citizenship. Maryland District Judge Deborah Boardman stated that Trump's most recent actions are "almost certainly unconstitutional" when considered against a Supreme Court decision from June.
