JPMorgan just posted record trading revenue. War volatility is printing money for Wall Street
JPMorgan reported $16.5 billion in net income and record trading revenue of $11.6 billion, beating the previous record by nearly $2 billion. Earnings per share hit $5.94, far above analyst expectations of $5.45. CEO Jamie Dimon said the economy remains resilient but warned of 'an increasingly complex set of risks' including geopolitical tensions, energy volatility and trade uncertainty.
