JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs underwrite $100 million on SoftBank loan
JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs are reportedly facing payouts of $100 million, linked to a record loan they provided to SoftBank. The loan was part of a $4 billion margin call against SoftBank founder Masayoshi Son's personal holdings. Bloomberg News reported that the banks are on the hook for the difference after the value of the collateral fell.
