Johnson, Sunak advise Burnham on priorities, investment, tax.

Sir Keir Starmer said he won't give public advice, but Boris Johnson and former prime minister Rishi Sunak both said Andy Burnham has little time to make an impact. Sunak urged him to focus on a few priorities, meet MPs regularly and choose strong ministers, especially a foreign secretary. Johnson said Burnham should encourage investment, keep talent in Britain and rethink tax and spending.
