James Watt to offer shares in new beer company

Investors who lost money when Brewdog collapsed might now receive shares in a new beer brand. Brewdog's founder, James Watt, revealed plans for his new brand, Second Best, promising free shares to original investors. He plans to allocate almost 20% of shares to those who invested in the Equity for Punks scheme, which raised £75m.
