Jamaica Communities Cry 'No Help, No Food, No Water' as Hurricane Melissa Death Toll Rises
Jamaica’s western coast remains largely unreachable nearly a week after Hurricane Melissa struck as a Category 5 storm, with 28 fatalities confirmed and many communities still isolated by blocked roads.
