Jaguar Land Rover cutting hundreds of UK jobs
Jaguar Land Rover plans to eliminate as many as 300 salaried and managerial positions in the UK through a "redeployment and displacement" programme. The car maker said the job cuts are part of its ongoing transformation focused on next-generation and electric vehicles. This follows a significant drop in annual profits, down from £2.5 billion to £14 million, due to US tariffs and a cyber attack.
