Israel Hits Tehran; US Sends 2,500 Marines to Region
Israel carried out two large waves of air strikes on Tehran and Hezbollah positions in Beirut on Friday, as the war entered its fourth week with no end in sight. The US is also deploying 2,500 Marines aboard the USS Boxer to the Middle East, its second such deployment since the war began on 28 February. Over 2,000 people have been killed, with 700,000 displaced in Lebanon.
