Iran's Pakistan channel: What Tehran told Washington

Efforts to stop the fighting may move forward after Tehran answered Washington’s latest proposal through diplomatic channels. Iranian state media IRNA reported on Sunday that Iran delivered its response via Pakistan, with talks currently centred on ending the war before wider discussions begin. Marco Rubio said on Friday the United States expected Tehran’s answer within hours.
