Iran's military: We'd bomb our own land to stop US occupation
An Iranian army spokesperson said on Tuesday the military would strike its own territory rather than let US forces occupy it, as fears of a wider Gulf war grew. The Pentagon is preparing possible ground operation plans, but the White House said Donald Trump has not made a decision. Iranian politicians also called for capturing US soldiers and discussed possible attacks on Kuwait and Bahrain.
