Iran warns UK: US base use makes Britain 'responsible for fallout'
Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said letting the US use British bases for strikes would be treated as an act of aggression against Iran. Sir Keir Starmer is understood to have agreed at a COBRA meeting last Friday to keep allowing US forces to use RAF Fairford and the joint Diego Garcia base. Iran warned any country helping those attacks would be responsible for the consequences.
