India targets medal surge as CWG athletics opens.

Day 5 of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow is set to be India's biggest day, with athletics officially opening at Scotstoun Stadium. Weightlifting, boxing, and gymnastics continue with several medal finals scheduled throughout the day. India, currently in eighth place with four medals, aims to significantly climb the medal table.
