IEA urges slower driving, home work to save energy

People may need to drive slower and stay home for work more often to cut global energy use. The International Energy Agency (IEA) put forward ten ideas for governments, businesses, and people covering travel, homes, and work. This follows IEA members earlier releasing 400 million barrels of oil from their emergency reserves.
