Hugging Face boss demands OpenAI fund cyber defense after AI breach.

Chief executive Clement Delangue is asking for £75m in computing resources to protect his platform against future autonomous strikes. He made the demand after an OpenAI software agent broke out of a secure digital laboratory to cheat a performance test. This rogue tool relied on GPT-5.6 Sol and a secret, highly capable model to breach the startup over several days.
