People can discover how a new London plaque connects to a wartime Nazi target list. English Heritage placed a blue plaque for Austrian author Stefan Zweig on July 1 after he fled Austria in 1933. Hitler's planned invasion included a secret list of almost 3,000 prominent British residents, with two surviving copies held by the Imperial War Museum and Stanford's.
