This legal action against the 107-room venue comes just months after its managing director suddenly left his job. The UK tax authority uses these court orders to chase unpaid debts, and also sent one to owner BHL Global. The hospitality group recently blamed its financial struggles on higher utility costs and a lack of skilled staff.
