Heineken pub chain could be investigated for threatening to evict a London tenant

Heineken pub chain could be investigated for threatening to evict a London tenant

The operators of a south-west London pub plan to report Star Pubs to the official industry watchdog over an eviction threat. Amir Matinahmadi, who runs the Park Tavern, claims the Heineken-owned firm stopped his beer deliveries and issued a £3,500 charge. Star Pubs says it had to take legal action because the tenants broke their lease agreement, and intends to refurbish the site.
