Heat pumps alone won't save £800 without this extra tech
Millions of European homes are switching to heat pumps, hoping to cut energy bills after oil and gas prices soared. However, a new study found heat pumps often save little or no money if you stay on a standard electricity tariff. Annual bills could be reduced by approximately £800 if a heat pump is used alongside solar panels, batteries, and an appropriate tariff.
